Our responsibility within each event at the Riviera International Conference Centre is to make every clients visit enjoyable and hassle-free.
The RICC team strive to provide impeccable service and attention to detail in an effort to create avid ambassadors for the centre out of all our customers.

For conferences and large meetings the Riviera International Conference Centre (RICC) offers a choice of 10 conference rooms from the 1500 capacity conference hall, the Forum, to smaller meetings rooms like the Burdett or the Grace Murell Suite for up to 400 people, suitable for ancillary meetings, seminars and workshops.
In addition, and adjacent to the main conference hall, is the Arena Hall offering 1750 square metres of exhibition space or banqueting for up to 1200 guests.
There is an abundance of accommodation of all types located within walking distance of the Riviera Centre, from luxury large four-star business hotels to small independent hotels, to cottages and penthouses.
Moreover, there are many attractions in Torquay and the surrounding area that offer an array of places to meet, party or simply visit in your down time.

All promotional material must be proofed by our marketing team prior to print. If a proof is not supplied we reserve the right not to display the material. This ensures consistent use of our corporate identity, compliance with trading standards and consistent messages to customers.
Marketing Services Available
- Online Event Listing - Your Event will be automatically added to our website when you have signed your booking for or licence agreement. Please send us details of your event, logo and any images you would like used.
- Facebook Event - Please email the link to your Facebook Event and we will add it to our page and promote the event on our social media channels.
- Leaflets - We can display leaflets in the Reception and Aqua Lounge Cafe as long as they are printed and provided by you.
- Posters - We have A4, A3, A2 and 500wx750mm high poster sites around the Centre. Subject to availability we are able to display your posters. These must be printed and provided by you.
- Banner Displayed - A banner displayed externally on site (banner to be provided by you)
- Blog posting on RICC website - If you have a press release or news piece we can add this to our blog on our website. Content and Image will need to be supplied.
We have a dedicated conference team, Conference English Riviera, offering expert advice on all aspects of conferencing in Torquay and the English Riviera. Bespoke facility visits can be arranged and we offer a free accommodation booking service for you and your delegates.
