Out with the old and in with a new website
The Rivera International Centre has recently unveiled their new website designed and built by Digital Marketing specialists Website Vision.
“The motive for re-designing our website was to create a professional digital representation of the high level of service that we deliver to both our leisure and business customers every day, said Barry Cole, Managing Director of the Riviera Centre. Websites are rapidly becoming the most popular mode of acquiring information, and so we have tailored our online marketing strategy to reflect this with the aim to attract more visitors and generate more business leads.”
The final result has been engineered to improve the structure and layout of the website so users can navigate around the site with greater ease to locate the information they are seeking. This has been achieved by dividing the website into 4 clear sections, which include; meetings and events, health and fitness, leisure pool and food and drink. In addition there is a section dedicated to general info which includes their popular webcam showcasing sweeping views across Torbay and a handy FAQ’s page. Throughout the new site an emphasis has been placed on social media allowing users to ‘like’ and ‘share’ pages with their friends on Facebook. And as the site is also almost completely content managed - any changes or additional pages that need to be added can be dealt with in-house by their Marketing Team.
Website Vision, who are based on the outskirts of Exeter, have worked closely with the Riviera Centre throughout the duration of the project to deliver their key objectives. “We were particularly pleased to add the Riviera Centre to our portfolio of clients”, said Richard Booker, Managing Director of Website Vision “as the multitude of services and facilities they offer under one roof presented us with a challenging and complex project. The requirements demanded the right blend of creative design, technology and marketing to create a solution that's already delivering tangible results.”
Carl Billinghurst, Creative Designer at Website Vision, added "This was a thoroughly enjoyable project to work on, with a strategy being put in place that enables us to work pro-actively with the team at the Riviera Centre to help them remain at the forefront of web-based trends and take advantage of new opportunities as they arise."
