Making Waves and Building Relationships

Building relationships within the local community and supporting local businesses is at the heart of Waves Leisure Pool’s ethos who opens its doors to 100,000 swimmers a year.

The pool located within the Riviera International Centre, has helped 660 children and adults over the past year to learn how to swim and the diary is already looking busy for the next swimming term which commences on Monday 3rd September.

Over the past 4 years one of the pool’s many supporters has provided a very welcome sponsorship of the Swimming Instructors t-shirts; With a Difference Entertainment.

The company Owner; Paul Pickett said “I believe learning to swim is an essential skill, particularly to those who live in coastal towns. I have young children myself and encouraged my eldest Jessica to swim from an early age. My youngest Oliver is 1 and we have already introduced him to the water so he can continuously build on his skills and confidence.”
