Kings and Queens of the Ballroom!
Fans of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent (BGT) will be familiar with a breathtaking dance routine performed by a group of 10 dancers called the Kings and Queens. It was so good the four judges instantly took to their feet for a standing ovation!
The Kings and Queens are a group of 10 very talented ballroom dancers. Amongst them are 3 former British amateur champions, one a former BGT 2012 finalist, and 2 world amateur Latin champions.
Two of these inspirational dancers, Neil Jones and Ekaterina Sokolova, will be visiting the English Riviera Dance Festival to perform at a gala dance event taking place at the Riviera International Centre (RICC) on 3rd June 2014. The former world amateur Latin champions are expected to thrill the audience with their own unique and innovative style of Latin American cabaret and everyone is welcome to come.
The Gala Dance Evening is part of the English Riviera International Dance Festival, a week long Ballroom and Latin American Dance Festival taking place at both the RICC and at the Victoria Hotel, between the 30th May and 6th June and includes competitions, social dancing, and tuition for all levels of dance.
