ANYONE with any interest in Torbay’s tourism industry is invited to celebrate English Tourism Week at the annual English Riviera and South Devon Tourism and Business Exhibition on Thursday April 3.
The trade show at the Riviera International Conference Centre has attracted more than 85 stands showing their wares for the coming season and will be open to the public in the afternoon.
The exhibition is not to be missed if you are a tourism business interested in updating your resort knowledge and networking, or a member of the public interested in new ideas for yourself, friends and family.
Entry and parking is free and the exhibition is open from 10am to 5pm, with trade activity in the morning and the exhibition open to the public from 2pm.
Carolyn Custerson, chief executive of the English Riviera Tourism Company organisers of the event said: “After the recent extreme weather challenges that the area has been facing this event is perfectly timed and a fantastic opportunity to really get the message out that we are truly open for business.”
