Health and fitness on display

THE first South Devon Health and Fitness Show attracted a wide variety of exhibitors all centred around health, fitness and wellbeing.

The show at Torquay's Riviera International Conference Centre included a range of practitioners all under one roof and enabled visitors to take part in new fitness classes and attend a cross section of seminars.

Marketing executive Katherine Wood said: "The show was the perfect opportunity for visitors to find support to make healthier life choices. I enjoyed a free back massage, while watching a healthy eating cooking demonstration, and I was able to find out more about Zumba classes. I found the show very inspiring."

The day featured Camilla Dallerup and Hunter from Gladiators.
